Payment; upon receiving the design order form from the client, LogotypeSolutions will receive a downpayment of 50% of the total quoted price for the project. This payment aims to cover the administrative and  creative costs associated with handling the purchase order and creating the initial designs. This downpayment, equivalent to half the total project price, is not reimbursable and does not include the copyright rights on the use of the drafted design. LS will waive all its copyright rights relative to the use and ownership of its designs only upon the client having made the final payment for the contracted services.

In case the client requests additional designs during the development of the original purchase order, LogotypeSolutions may ask for additional payments for amounts mutually agreed on. These payments are not reimbursable and do not include copyright rights, which will be waived only once final payment occurs. Upon client approval of the final design and final payment, the client will receive all copyright rights on the selected final design for use on all media and markets the client deems convenient and for an unlimited time period.

The client can terminate the project at any time. LogotypeSolutions will not charge the client for any terminations costs. However,the client will not have copyright rights on any of the designs LogotypeSolutions might have created and developed up to that time. LogotypeSolutions will keep all copyright rights on those designs. The first design drafts will be submitted for client review and comments within 3 to 10 working days, according to the options in the purchase order.

Review by the client of the initial design drafts will be made within 2 to 10 working days, according to the design complexity. The client approved original final design will be delivered to the client by authorizing access to the corresponding files in his AccountHomePage at LogotypeSolutions website within 24 hrs of receiving the project final payment.

LogotypeSolutions offers no guarantee on the registration of the copyright rights in the corresponding organization for the logotype delivered to the client. It is the client's responsibility to obtain a trademark for his logotype. LogotypeSolutions assumes no responsibility in case the client can not obtain a trademark for the logotype designed by LogotypeSolutions.
